achoo! ALLERGY Sponsors Food Allergy Walk

achoo! ALLERGY & AIR Products, Inc. recently sponsored the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network's 2007 Walk for Food Allergy, which took place on October 27, 2007 in Atlanta.

The Atlanta Food Allergy Walk raised over $53,000! The goal of the walk is to increase public awareness about food allergies and to raise funds to advance research on behalf of all those affected by food allergies and anaphylaxis.

Talk radio host Clark Howard, whose daughter has a food allergy, served as the honorary chairperson of the event. Also in attendance were Atlanta Falcons cheerleaders and Bugs Bunny.

Ashley Vinson ALLERGY was on-hand to give out Food Allergy Restaurant Cards and stuffed dust mite toys.

"This year it was great to see so many more attendees than last year," says Vinson. "The weather was beautiful and everyone enjoyed themselves. I found that most of the people I spoke with who had food allergies also suffered from environmental allergies, so it was a good opportunity to let people know about our allergy relief products."
