I bought this mostly for my boyfriend, who is allergic to my cat and has severe nasal congestion and asthmatic wheezes. The air purifier was delivered and arrived without any problems, and the first night we used it, he was breathing completely normally all night long. I also get a stuffy nose every night and I was more comfotable as well. It has a good range of settings - at 1, it's very quiet, at 2, it provides white noise and is fine for us when sleeping, at 3 it's pretty loud and powerful, at 4 - it's like a typhoon. We both love it! I only turn it on at night, and we are both much more comfortable than we used to be.

Alen T300 - Great Air Purifier

I purchased the Alen T300 Tower Air Purifier in January and I could not be happier with this air-purifier. My daughter has a severe respiratory illness and she was suffering from severe coughing episodes just about every night. We put the Alen T300 in her bedroom and her coughing virtually stopped through the night.
I did extensive research on this product and for the price and usage, I’m sure it is the best value for the money. It has a true HEPA filter, a UV lamp and a safe ionizer. My research showed that the performance of the T 300 is equivalent to more expensive purifiers and the best rated for the price range. There is also an indicator light when filters need changing. It is quiet and has a sleek design so my daughter does use it every night and has no problem having it in her bedroom – she is a fussy 22 year old. I also checked out the Alen Corporation and felt it was a strong reputable company committed to a quality product. The lifetime warranty is an additional plus. Maintenance on the product appears to be very user friendly as well.
Achoo Allergy appeared to be a solid distributor and answered my questions very well when I called with questions. Delivery was on time.
I cannot be happier with this air purifier and my only regret was that I did not purchase this sooner. Highly recommended.

I have a very nice cat. I keep him out of the bedroom, but I wanted an air cleaner to clean the air in the bedroom even more. The Alen Tower works well without taking up too much space.

What I like about the Alen T300 Tower
Weighing in at a mere 12 pounds, the T300 is a light and slim air purifier with an attractive style that will fit in with the décor
of almost any apartment or moderately sized room. The color is neutral and its space-saving means the T300 has a small
footprint and won't take up a lot of space. The control panel and display are easy to use, readable, and informative. There is a 12 hour timer,
4 fan speed settings, and a filter replacement indicator light.
Filter replacement and maintenance is easy with the T300. Simply replace the combination filter every six months. That's it! Regular filter
replacement also insures your air purifier will be covered by Alen's lifetime warranty. This sort of protection is some of the best available.
What I do not like about the Alen T300 Tower
The Alen T300 is quiet on the lower settings, but can be louder on the higher settings. However, the decibel level on the higher settings is
in line with comparable models.
The actual efficiency is a bit low, but with tower style purifiers you usually see less coverage area in order to achieve the recommended 6 air exchanges per hour.
In summary, the T300 is a great choice for those who want an air purifier with a sleek design
without sacrificing performance. Alen calls this air purifier “the picture perfect tower of power.”
While consuming less energy than most standard light bulbs, this air purifier provides clean air for smaller spaces.
With an optimal performance in a room roughly 225 square feet, the Alen T300 is useful for apartments, studios,
dorm rooms, and single family rooms.

Alen will either furnish a replacement part or replace your air purifier
provided the product is determined to be defective as a result
of faulty material or workmanship while in normal use. Replacement
parts or units will be either new or refurbished. Alen’s sole
obligation under this warranty is to replace, or at Alen’s
discretion, to repair, free of charge, all defective parts.
This warranty will be valid only for units in possession of the
original purchaser. Proof of purchase must be presented to Alen’s
warranty service representative. All parts or units that are
replaced become the property of Alen. To obtain warranty service,
the defective product or part must be shipped or delivered to Alen’s authorized service center. All postage, insurance and
shipping charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser and are not
included in this warranty.
