I love the feel of these sheets and also I do think I am getting a benefit as far as the allergy problems. But, I can't believe how wrinkled they were after coming out of the dryer. I don 't know if this is ordinarily how they dry but I am hoping I have better luck the next time I wash them.
[Editor's Note: Yes, they do wrinkle a good bit. This is in part b/c it is a full cotton product and also b/c these products lack many of the chemical finishers that give fabrics anti-wrinkle properties. Light steam ironing will reduce a lot of this, particularly if done straight out of the dryer.]

Q1: Do the Allergy Armor Organic Cotton Sheets protect against dust mite allergens?
A: Nope. No sheets protect against dust mites. Be a bit leary of claims that a sheet will protect against dust mites unless it's made from a barrier fabric in which case there should be a stated average pore size. The organic cotton sheets are primarily for three groups of people - those with skin conditions like dermatitis or eczema who often experience irritation from many modern textiles, those with chemical sensitivities, and those who simply want purchase organics products and support sustainable products.
In terms of dust mites aside from the three conditions above, sheets are sheets. If you wash them frequently in hot water, go with something affordable and durable. This is really the best you can do in terms of sheets, pillowcases and blankets that aren't constructed of barrier bedding fabric.
