As the opening ceremonies of the Olympics are just hours away, one image I saw on a newscast is burned into memory. I saw US athletes arriving in China at the Beijing airport wearing masks similar to the ones we offer to our customers. These athletes were interviewed and had two major concerns. First they were concerned enough about the air quality to wear these masks and secondly they were concerned about offending the host country, China, by wearing them. This image to me speaks of a sign of the current times. I hope the next summer Olympics in 4 years doesn't have the same air quality concerns associated with this one.

Thank you all for your continued support! The allergy epidemic remains on the rise worldwide, but we can overcome this disease through awareness, education, environmental control, and allergen avoidance.
