We work extraordinarily hard to ensure that you get your Austin Air Purifier as quickly as possible.

The majority of Austin Air Purifier orders ship directly from the manufacturer in Buffalo, NY. We also stock select Austin Air models in our Atlanta warehouse.

Free Same Day Shipping

For customers ordering from the lower 48 states, you will receive free shipping on any of the air purifiers. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally must pay for shipping and handling costs. Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Over 80% of Austin Air Purifier shipments arrive within 3 business days from the date they leave the warehouse.

Orders for Austin Air Purifiers received before 12 pm EST ship the same day. Orders placed AFTER 12 pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the next business day. All Austin Air Purifiers orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

Please note that due to the weight and size of Austin Air Purifiers, expedited shipping is very expensive. We only charge actual shipping costs.

Because UPS and FedEx only delivers on weekdays, your expedited order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a 2nd Day order placed before 12 pm EST on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday.
