Introducing the World’s Most Efficient Air Purifier: The ECO10

FacebookTwitterGoogle+PinterestEmail

Blueair's eco-friendly engineers have created the world's most energy efficient air purifier, 10 to 20 times more efficient than comparable units.

The Blueair ECO10 air purifier uses only 10 watts on its highest fan speed; that's just a fraction of the energy use by a low-wattage light bulb!

The entire ECO10, including the HEPASilent filter, is recyclable.

Clean your air, reduce your electric bill, and show your eco-love with the Blueair ECO10 air purifier!

I know Vicks makes air purifiers as well – my mom has one. Just another option to try out!”

I just thought I'd add that the Ecoquest Fresh Air unit has a stated delivery rate of 400 cubic feet per minute. In a 3000 sq. ft. room, that would only give you 1 exchange per hour. The 300 sq. ft. figure stated with ECO10 allows for 6 exchanges per hour. To achieve 6 exchanges per hour with the Ecoquest, your room could be no larger than 500 sq. ft. (Assuming a ceiling height of 8 ft.)

You get what you pay for! There's a good reason why you'll never see a cheap, ionic air cleaner for sale here on achooallergy.com – because they don't work well. Moreover, most of them emit ozone, which is a powerful lung irritant (not very good for allergy and asthma sufferers).

Read More about Air Cleaners that Emit Ozone

Sharper Image tried to solve their ozone problem by adding an “ozone guard,” but that didn't help, according to Conusmer Reports: “Our air-cleaning tests show that the Ionic Breeze with OzoneGuard does a poor job of removing smoke, dust and pollen particles from the air when new and after 500 hours of continuous use” & “the Ionic Breeze with OzoneGuard still adds ozone to the air.”

Granted, the Blueair ECO10 is not a cheap air cleaner, but it is the world's most efficient air purifier, and your power bills will reflect that.

The ECO10 is not the air purifier for shoppers who are looking for the best deal; it is the air purifier for those who want to spend a little more money to invest in a sustainable future. width=”0″ height=”0″

I'm sorry but $900 for an air purifier that only covers 300 sq.ft.
Even the Sharper Ionic Breeze covers 400sq.ft. and the Fresh Air” by Ecoquest covers 3000 sq. ft and it's only $750.”

Today the achoo! ALLERGY staff met with a Blueair sales manager, and he pointed out that it costs less than $10 per year to run the ECO10 on its highest speed 24/7! That's an estimated savings of $190 per year, compared to other air purifiers.

When you consider the annual savings you'll see with the ECO10, the retail price doesn't seem so high.

The reason that the ECO10 is more expensive than other Blueair units is because of its extremely efficient, superior EC fan motor.

The ECO10 also comes with a lifetime warranty!
