Dri-Eaz DriTec Pro 150 Desiccant Dehumidifier
This dehumidifier is ideal for
tough conditions thanks to its desiccant rotor
technology and compact design. The DriTec Pro 150
operates by drawing moist air in, across a rotor
filled with adsorbent silica gel.
The silica gel chemically attracts water
molecules until it becomes saturated.
Remember the last time you bought a new pair
of sneakers?
There was a probably a little plastic
package of something that said "Do Not Eat."
The DriTec Pro 150 features a very similar
technology, except on a larger scale.
Desiccant dehumidifiers like this one are
best for use in places where other traditional
dehumidifiers are not as effective, like in very
cool temperatures and low humidity.
