The vacuum has good suction but the battery gives only 3+ minutes of operation. Dyson admits this is too short, but won't send me a new battery.

Battery Problem

Great Functional Cleaner for Allergies. Teaser for a big one. DC 16 battery pack only gives 3-5 min. of service when fully charged. Unit has good suction and works great and design is great for blinds, car, base boards etc. Easy to handle and hands free dumping of dirt. Love it but aggravated by battery problem.

What I liked about the Dyson Root 6
The Dyson Root 6 is made for quick clean ups. The handheld has a great attachment that
works great for cleaning computer keyboards, electronics, and on shelving. It is small but powerful enough to get the dirt from small openings.
The Dyson Root 6 is lightweight and can be used by almost anyone in your household.
What I did not like about the Dyson Root 6
The vacuum is powerful, but somewhat loud and the charge does not last very long. It is designed for
quick messes or dust removal and not a planned, thorough cleaning of the whole house. Charging takes around three hours to complete.
The Dyson Root 6 does not come with a power cord to operate from a wall outlet.
