Electrolux Ergorapido Stick Vacuum
In any home, it can often be a hassle to drag a full size vacuum out for a simple or quick spill. For easy messes like these, you want something
smaller and more convenient. From vacuuming up cheerios to tidying up the couch after a big game, the Electrolux Ergorapido is an
ideal solution.
What I like about the Electrolux Ergorapido
This vacuum is so quick to use that it literally only takes seconds to clean. I have it set up in our mud room and use it almost daily in our kitchen. As a stick
vacuum, it's lightweight and works wonders of smooth floors. As a handheld unit, it detaches easily and provides excellent suction
right at the end of your hand.
The charger stays plugged in to the wall, so you can have the vacuum charged up at all times and not worry about losing track of it. While using this model,
I was getting between 18-19 minutes of use on a single charge. The time did vary a little depending on the task. Naturally, using on carpeted
areas drained the battery a little faster.
Another great characteristic of this vacuum is that everything comes apart by pushing buttons. This makes it fairly easy to disassemble and keep clean.
Lastly, there are two included accessories that attach to the vacuum when you are using it as a handheld. Both are pretty standard but are components that
if missing, definitely diminish the value of this vacuum.
What I do not like about the Electrolux Ergorapido
The cleaning head is on wheels to protect your floors, so when its on carpet it does not reverse direction very well.
I like to caution people when they are looking at vacuums like this: Do NOT expect a cordless/stick
vacuum to perform like a full size model. With that being said, the Ergo
Rapido is a wonderful addition to
any home. It's light enough to take anywhere but powerful enough to clean most spills with ease. I liked this vacuum so much that
after testing it, I actually bought one for my home.
