Running up to 32 hours per filling, the EWM-350 humidifier has an exclusive dual germicidal process to kill
bacteria and other possible contaminants, and mineral pads trap lime and calcium before they can be vaporized and
dispersed into the air.
What I like about the EWM-350 Humidifier
The capacity is the largest difference between this humidifier and the EWM-300W. This extra large capacity allows for
continuous use for up to three days, depending on your setting.
As with the other Germ Free humidifiers, the Enviracaire EWM-350 features a dual germicidal process. So the water
passes by a UV bulb then is boiled before being released into the air. Independent testing has shown that this dual process
eliminates, at least, 99.99% of bacteria commonly found in tap water.
A built in humidity gauge helps regulate the humidity output of the unit, and when the desired humidity level is reached,
the units automatically shuts off. A medicine cup is also a standard feature with these units, so many medications that
can be vaporized, are readily used with this humidifier. These features both add a good measure of convenience to this
warm mist humidifier.
What I do not like about the EWM-350 Humidifier
The controls, though adequate, could be more advanced for a humidifier in this price range. Additional features such
as a timer or dual, cool/warm mist capabilities would be a great benefit to this unit.
As with all warm mist humidifiers the Enviracaire EWM-350W boils the water to vaporize it. This may be a problem for
some people with small children around the unit.
The Enviracaire EWM-350W is an excellent overall unit. From capacity to dual germicidal features, this warm mist humidifier
is a durable unit ideal for those suffering from conditions related to dry air.
