This is a great shirt however my son is allergic to milk, peanuts, shrimp, wheat, gluten, casin, soy, and many more things. It would be great to list the items.

I think you should be able to personalize this T-shirt further. My son and daughter both have multiple food allergies, i.e. eggs and peanuts, eggs and tree nuts. Having the great big elephant on the T-shirt makes it cute, but not very meaningful. It should just list "I am allergic to:__________, _______, etc.".
