The Friedrich C-90B activated carbon filter should be replaced every three to six months, or when it no longer effectively eliminates odors. Note that the carbon filter must be in place in order for the Friedrich air cleaner to operate.

C90B Reviewed by: jerome from bush, la THIS REALLY HELPS WITH THE ODOR SOMETIMES ASSOCIATED WITH BIRDS. I HAVE THIS NEXT TO MY AFRICAN GREYS CAGE AND WE SIMPLY DONT HAVE A PROBLEM ANY MORE. DANDER IS ALSO REDUCED BECAUSE OF T HE PREFILTER. IT IS AMAZING THAT ALL THIS WAS IN THE AIR BEFORE AND NOW ITS IN THE TRASH!!!!THANK YOU JEROME SHARP
