Delivery Information
Orders placed by 3pm EST on a business day, will be shipped the
same day. Orders place after 3pm EST on Friday will not be shipped
until Monday. All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours via
standard ground service. Expedited shipping is available at
checkout. Simply select the desired shipping service during
checkout. Because UPS only delivers on weekdays, your expedited
order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a 2nd Day order
placed before 3pm on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Next
Day orders placed on Friday before 3pm EST will not arrive until
Monday, unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested.
Holidays may also delay your order.
Gifts
If you are purchasing items as a gift, we will happily enclose a
message from you. Please contact a customer service representative
to supply this information. Gift certificates are also available in
any amount.
Sales Tax
No sales tax applies to purchases made by customers living outside of the state of Georgia. Georgia residents will pay applicable sales tax.
Price Guarantee
We will match any published price (available to the general
public) for the same product. If you see the same product at a
lesser price within 60 days of your purchase, send us a copy of the
ad, and we will refund the difference. Note: some products are not

Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any
other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside of the
United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon

Return Instructions
Step One: Obtain A Return Authorization Number (RA#)
Step Two: Your Item’s Packaging
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and include all manuals and accessories.
- Include a copy of your receipt with the returned item.
- Write your RA Number on a copy of the original invoice.
Step Three: Your Shipping Box
- You can use your original AchooAllergy.com box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- Write your RA# on the shipping label.
- Outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will
issue a refund to your credit card and send you an email confirmation or call once your return is completed. We make every attempt to process your returns quickly. It may take up to 6 weeks from when we receive the return for a credit to appear on your credit card.

Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel
for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do all we can
to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are liable for
all shipping and handling charges (including promotional outbound
shipping) and return shipping.
Orders Refused on Delivery
If you have refused your order upon
delivery, you will be liable for outbound shipping (including
promotional shipping) and return shipping plus a 15% restock fee.
