Delivery Information

Most orders placed by 3 pm EST on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders place after 3 pm EST on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours via standard ground service. Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may be shipped the next business day. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Simply select the desired shipping service during checkout.

Because UPS only delivers on weekdays, your expedited order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a 2nd Day order placed before 3 pm on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday. UPS Next Day orders placed on Friday before 3 pm EST will not arrive until Monday, unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested when you place your order. For UPS Saturday delivery, please call us for a shipping quote and to arrange delivery. Holidays may also delay your order.


If you are purchasing items as a gift, we will happily enclose a message from you. Please contact a customer service representative to supply this information. Gift certificates are also available in any amount.

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be applied to purchases made by customers living outside of the state of Georgia. Georgia residents will pay applicable sales tax.

Price Matching Policy

If you see or find another authorized dealer selling our products for less, we will match that price.   • The product name of the model you are interested in purchasing.
  • The better price offer including sales tax, shipping, and all other fees, costs, and services.
  • The name, internet address (URL), and telephone number of the company presenting the better price.
  • You must present the competitive offer before placing your order with us.

You may be asked to email a copy (or a website link) of the better price offer to the product expert who answers your call. If the details are incomplete, or the better price offer does not qualify, is not authentic, or is no longer available, we reserve the right to exclude that offer from the price matching program. Please note that some products are not included in this offer.

International Orders

Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside of the United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon receipt.

Return Policy is proud to offer high quality allergy relief products at reasonable prices. On these products, we offer a 60-day, no-hassle Return Policy. We believe our products improve the lives of allergy and asthma sufferers. To encourage you to try our healthy home products, we have a very simple, easy to understand Return Policy:
  • You can try the product for up to 60 days from the date of purchase and return it for a refund if you are not satisfied.
  • If a product is defective, we will have it replaced or repaired at no charge for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Items found to be defective beyond 60 days will be serviced through your product's warranty.
  • Products are inspected upon receipt. Damaged products are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Ogallala bedding products can be returned, but they are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Royal-Pedic mattresses and other products must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned Royal-Pedic products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Serta iComfort mattresses cannot be returned. They only can be exchanged for another Serta iComfort mattress.

Return Instructions

Step One: Obtain A Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Fill out our online returns form to receive an e-mail with your RA#.
  • Call us at 1-800-339-7123 to speak with Customer Service and receive your RA#.
Step Two: Shipping Your Return
  • All returned items must be in the original packaging and include all manuals and accessories.
  • Include a copy of your receipt with the returned item.
  • Write your RA# on the shipping box or on a copy of the original invoice inside the box.
  • Note the tracking number for your shipment. We are not responsible if the returned item is lost during shipping process.
  • Use your original box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return to:

Returned items shipped to the address above are received, inspected, and processed in our warehouse. When we receive your return, we will process your return as quickly as possible. We will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. We make every attempt to process your returns quickly; however, it may take 4-6 weeks from when we receive the return for your credit to be processed. Questions? We're here to help. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do all we can to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are liable for all shipping and handling charges (including promotional outbound shipping) and return shipping.

Orders Refused on Delivery

If you have refused your order upon delivery, you will be liable for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping), return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee.
