Delivery Information
Orders placed by 3pm EST on a business day, will be shipped the
same day. Orders place after 3pm EST on Friday will not be shipped
until Monday. All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours via
standard ground service. Expedited shipping is available at
checkout. Simply select the desired shipping service during
checkout. Because UPS only delivers on weekdays, your expedited
order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a 2nd Day order
placed before 3pm on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Next
Day orders placed on Friday before 3pm EST will not arrive until
Monday, unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested.
Holidays may also delay your order.
Gifts
If you are purchasing items as a gift, we will happily enclose a
message from you. Please contact a customer service representative
to supply this information. Gift certificates are also available in
any amount.
Price Guarantee
We will match any published price (available to the general

United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon

Returns

reasonable prices. All products are unconditionally guaranteed. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it along
with your receipt (or copy of) within 60 days* of the invoice date
for a refund or store credit.

Returns are Easy
To return an item, please visit:
www.achooallergy.com/returns to obtain a return
authorization number (RA#). The RA# should be written on the
outside of the box that you are returning. A copy of your
receipt must be included with the returned item. All returned
items must be in new condition and original packaging. All manuals, registration cards
and accessories must be included. Outbound shipping (including
promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be
refunded. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.
We do not pay for return shipping, nor do we refund promotional
shipping.
Once returned items are received, credit will be issued to the original
credit card used for the purchase. Outbound shipping (including
promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be
refunded.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel
for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do all we can
to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are liable for
all shipping and handling charges (including promotional outbound
shipping) and return shipping.
Orders Refused on Delivery
If you have refused your order upon
delivery, you will be liable for outbound shipping (including
promotional shipping) and return shipping plus a 15% restock fee.
