93% of IQAir Air Purifiers shipments arrive within 3 business

day.
Orders placed AFTER 12 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will ship
the next business day. All IQAir Air Purifiers orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship
the next business day.

If you provided us with an email address when you placed your order, we will provide you with
tracking information by 5 p.m. EST the same business
day.
Expedited Shipping Options for IQAir Air PurifiersFor faster shipping options such as
overnight, 2nd and 3rd day air and for Saturday delivery,

Please note that due to the weight and size of IQAir Air Purifiers,
expedited shipping is very expensive. We only charge actual
shipping costs.
Because UPS and FedEx only delivers on weekdays, your expedited
order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a 2nd Day order
placed before 12 p.m. EST on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Orders
placed after 12 p.m. EST on Friday will not ship until Monday.
Please note that Holidays may also delay the arrival of your order.
Important Information on Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy. IQAir Air Purifiers returned to
us must be in "like new" condition and include the original
packaging. Items not in like new condition will incur a 15%
restocking fee or be returned to you at our discretion. You
are responsible for shipping the air purifier back to us and you are also
responsible for the free promotional shipping.
Therefore, if you decide to return your IQAir Air Purifier, your refund will be
the cost of the air purifier minus the cost of the promotional shipping
Per IQAir, GC, GCX, Dental, Dental Pro, and H13 Cleanroom Air Purifiers are no longer returnable.
Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any
other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside of the
United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon
receipt.
