Some ship direct from the manufacturer while a large quantity ships from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. We use this network to ensure that your IQAir air purifier ships and arrives to you as quickly as possible.
|If placed by 3:00 pm EST, IQAir HealthPro air purifier orders not only ship the same day, but also include Free 2nd Day Shipping. These orders are guaranteed to arrive no later than 2 business days after the order is placed. This excludes custom, bulk, APO, international or any order shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Free ground shipping, 1-2 business day delivery to most locations. By using three separate shipping locations, over 93% of IQAir Air Purifiers shipments arrive within 3 business days from the ship date.
Free Same Day Shipping
Orders for IQ Air Purifiers received before 12 pm EST ship the same day. Orders placed after these times, Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day. IQAir Air Purifiers orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

If you provided us with an email address when you placed your order, we will provide you with tracking information by 6 p.m. EST the same business day.

Please note that due to the weight and size of IQAir air purifiers, expedited shipping is very expensive. We only charge actual shipping and handling costs.
Because UPS only delivers on weekdays, your expedited order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a 2nd Day order placed before 12 p.m. EST on a Thursday may not arrive until Monday.
Please note that holidays may effect the shipping time and delay the arrival of your order.

Please see our returns policy for more information. As a note, if you notice a problem with your unit or decided you are unhappy with your purchase, contact Customer Service to obtain an RA as soon as possible.
Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside of the United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon receipt.
