The 3m 8233 is a lightweight and durable mask that features maximum HEPA filter efficiency
in a maintenance-free design. A cool ventilation valve reduces
moisture and heat build-up, and makes breathing easier.
Respirator improves performance, and contains no components made from
natural rubber latex. Also featuring a comfortable face seal,
adjustable straps, and lightweight construction. Dispose after
150 hours; one size fits all.

 Comfortable relief

I've been delighted with this mask. It's very light and comfortable, and is helping me to get allergy relief while taking less allergy medicine.

 Good for most things

I have worn this mask for some time. It is great for dusting, etc. And, it is good for the larger pollens. It does not do so well for the smaller pollens such as ragweed. Better than nothing for smaller pollens but I am switching back to a HEPA for Spring and Fall outdoor pollens.

The 3M 8233 Mask is a very effective mask. I used it while I was
sanding my walls and it really helped me breathe better. I felt like
the mask was really keeping fine particles from making me sick.
What I like about the 3M 8233 Mask:

Very effective, I feel like it really helped
- Breathable
- Inexpensive
- Easy to adjust
What I didn’t like about the 3M 8233 Mask:

Kind of warm
- A little uncomfortable, would be more comfortable for someone with a
bigger head
In summary, I give the 3M 8233 Mask 4 out of 5 stars. It really did
help my breathing while sanding. However, I wish it was a little
more comfortable. I just would like for them to make a smaller
version.
