Pure-Rest Zeus Organic Mattress
This fully-customizable organic latex mattress features four different layers of latex which can
be rearranged to create your desired level of firmness. Each layer
is 3 inches think. These sections are zippered together
in a cover. The cover unzips and you can rearrange
the layers to your satisfaction. The supple latex conforms to your body's shape to provide
orthopedic support; it does not contain any metal springs to generate pressure points. This organic mattress
integrates natural latex, organic cotton, and wool to create the best natural sleep system available. This mattress is
chemical-free and naturally hypoallergenic.
These mattresses are custom built after you place your order. Because demand is so high for these quality organic
materials, it may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship your order.
*Please note that the mattress set comes with a custom built foundation and not a conventional box spring. The 8"
foundation is wrapped with organic wool and cotton. There is no cardboard used in the foundation.
*All mattress deliveries are Curbside Delivery. Please contact customer service about Inside Delivery that includes
moving the mattress/box spring to the room of choice inside your home (max 2 flights of stairs).

Fully Customizable Comfort Layers
To customize your mattress for maximum comfort, simply unzip the mattress cover and rearrange the four layers of latex. Each layer is
three inches thick, and they vary in firmness. If you like an extremely soft mattress, add an
organic mattress pad for cushion and comfort.
Naturally Hypoallergenic Mattress
The natural latex (or natural rubber) not only
absorbs motion so that two people can sleep side-by-side undisturbed, but it's also resistant to dust mites. Dust mites cannot live inside
natural rubber!
Wool
is nature's ideal bedding material. Thanks to a substance known as lanolin (which protects sheep and helps them stay dry), it is naturally
hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, and resistant to dust mites and bed bugs. Wool is naturally flame resistant, and it absorbs
moisture very efficiently. This is important for allergy sufferers because moist, humid conditions encourage the growth of bacteria, mold,
and dust mites. Wool can take in up to 30 percent of its weight in moisture. Synthetic fibers, on the other hand, can hold as little
as two percent.
A Chemical-Free Sleep Experience
The primary chemical used as a flame retardant in standard mattresses in boric acid, a poisonous pesticide. The EPA and CDC warn
that it can cause reproductive, developmental, and neurological damage. This dangerous chemical is going into mattresses, where it
can be absorbed by the skin! If your mattress tag reads "treated cotton," then it's likely treated with boric acid. Boric acid is
also a known respiratory irritant and has been shown to reduce sexual activity and sperm counts.
Conventional mattresses may also
contain antimony, formaldehyde, silicon, benzene, toluene, phthalates, chlorine, and ammonium polyphosphate - all dangerous
chemicals that can irritate allergies and lead to chemical sensitivity. In fact, many experts believe that environmental toxins in
the home are to blame for the increases in allergies and asthma as well as other diseases like ADD, autism, and cancer.
NAOMI Compliant Mattress
Our organic mattresses are NAOMI compliant. NAOMI stands for the National Association of Organic Mattress Industry. In
the past decade, safety regulations for consumer products have become unreliable. For example, children have been exposed to lead
paint from toys manufactured in China, and puppies have been exposed to poisonous dog food.
Our mattresses are made in the USA and comply with NAOMI standards. By complying with NAOMI standards, we are
trying to make it easier for you to know what you are buying. Some "organic" mattresses do not meet NAOMI standards and would be
better described as "natural." NAOMI standards protect you from end products that may not be as pure as advertisements claim.
