We finally located a genuine HEPA filter for our Miele Moonbeam. This product was not listed as being compatible with a Moonbeam, so I called AchooAllergy. I spoke with a very professional representative at AchooAllergy in the US, not overseas, thank goodness!, who took the time to answer my questions and "brainstorm" on whether or not this filter would fit our vacuum. I must say, A++ to AchooAllergy for fabulous customer service, prompt shipment and, for carrying genuine Miele products. Keep up the good work AchooAllergy!
