Food Allergy Restaurant Cards

Product Review (submitted on April 9, 2015):

Since our little one was diagnosed with severe tree nut allergies, we have become aware of the risk of foods containing them. But, for those who prepare food in restaurants, schools, churches, and preschools, it is not on their radar to avoid cross exposure. Explaining our little one's allergy is so much easier now that we have these little warning cards. It is a concise explanation of the allergy and while it certainly doesn't list all the possibilities - I think it gives them an important "take note and take care" message that I hope will keep my child safe. Of course, we still carry the necessary emergency meds - but the card is a way of communicating the importance of the allergy upfront and arms us with a tool to express our needs to those who would be giving our little one something to eat. Excellent quality - and small like a business card so I can always carry a few in my purse. Right now our little one is unable to tell others about the allergy, but with age, I'm sure my little one will love having these cards to give to others too. Communication is such a necessary thing in making sure lives are not at risk.
