These strips work just as they are advertised. I could breathe easier the minute I put it on. I also had my son try them (he has a deviated septum and allergies) and he slept really well.

This product definitely does help hold your nose open. This is good for me, since I have a narrow nose, and when I'm stuffy and breathe in too fast it actually sucks shut. It does stay open with a strip on. However, if you have stuff blocking your nose or if your nasal passages are swollen, these strips won't change that. They only help you make the most of what you have clear. I found the strips a little irritating. When I put one on before bed, I would wake up during the night and want to take it off. Be careful taking it off and follow instructions so it's not too rough on your skin.

breathe right strips are great they have helped my family sleep thru the night. My snoring was so bad I would wake my daughter in the other room. With the strips my snoring has been greatly reduced.
