Tempur-Pedic® Warranty Information

All Tempur-Pedic® mattresses ship with an amazing 20-year limited warranty. This warranty covers any deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform.

We do not recommend using your old foundation or box spring because it could void your 20-year limited warranty; however, you may purchase a mattress without the foundation, as the Tempur-Pedic® Swedish Mattress™ works fine on any platform bed or solid base foundation. The Tempur-Pedic® matching foundation provides an ideal firm, flat surface needed to support your Tempur-Pedic® mattress. Constructed of a lightweight, solid wood frame, the foundation is very durable and features reinforced center support. The foundation has a Damask cover that coordinates with the mattress fabric and a non-skid top that reduces mattress shifting. The high-profile foundation is 9.25".

White Glove Delivery - White Glove Delivery is our most popular option. White Glove Delivery includes the set-up of the foundation and mattress in your home and the removal of all shipping boxes and containers. For an additional fee of $25, we'll remove your old mattress. While usually much faster, White Glove Delivery can take 14 to 21 business days from the date of purchase.

Curbside Delivery - If you want your new Tempur-Pedic® Swedish Mattress™ in a hurry and don't need help setting it up, then choose our Curbside Delivery Service option. Most Curbside Deliveries are shipped from our Atlanta warehouse. Eastern Seaboard delivery is 1-3 business days. Curbside Delivery Service does not include mattress setup or removal of your old mattress. If you choose the Curbside Delivery Service, you must be able to handle the mattress, move it to your bedroom from your front door, and dispose of the large shipping boxes without assistance from the delivery crew.

Four years ago we purchased the celebrity bed. In a few months after delivery we did have some problems with the pillow top foam separating in half the entire length of the bed but tempur-pedic did replace it promptly. Hopefully this will help!!! Won't that be a relief. While it is frustrating to have the sheets coming off all the time, we are not willing to sleep on any other mattress. The comfort it provides is unbelievable and this is no exaggeration and we have tried many brands. Both my husband and I have back problems - and this mattress is amazing and keeps us pain free all night! We hate sleeping away from home and actually miss our mattress.

achoo! Review: The DeluxeBed by Tempur-Pedic™

Yesterday I went to a mattress outlet to compare The DeluxeBed by Tempur-Pedic™ to another popular memory foam mattress. There's really no comparison! You can tell within the first 2 seconds of lying down that the Tempur-Pedic® mattress is far superior. The other memory foam mattress did not conform to my body the same way as The DeluxeBed by Tempur-Pedic™. Sure, it felt like foam, but it didn't respond to my body like The DeluxeBed by Tempur-Pedic™. And because of that, I wasn't nearly as comfortable.

The DeluxeBed by Tempur-Pedic™ is a really great deal with its mid-range price point. It has many of the same benefits of the high-end Tempur-Pedic mattresses with a more affordable price.

The dual airflow system makes The DeluxeBed by Tempur-Pedic™ even more responsive than The ClassicBed by Tempur-Pedic™. The DeluxeBed by Tempur-Pedic™ is also an inch thicker than the classic. I can't wait for mine to arrive!
