Tempur-Pedic® Warranty Information

All Tempur-Pedic® mattresses ship with an amazing 20-year limited warranty. This warranty covers any deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform.

We do not recommend using your old foundation or box spring because it could void your 20-year limited warranty; however, you may purchase a mattress without the foundation, as the Tempur-Pedic® Swedish Mattress™ works fine on any platform bed or solid base foundation. The Tempur-Pedic® matching foundation provides an ideal firm, flat surface needed to support your Tempur-Pedic® mattress. Constructed of a lightweight, solid wood frame, the foundation is very durable and features reinforced center support. The foundation has a Damask cover that coordinates with the mattress fabric and a non-skid top that reduces mattress shifting. The high-profile foundation is 9.25".

White Glove Delivery - White Glove Delivery is our most popular option. White Glove Delivery includes the set-up of the foundation and mattress in your home and the removal of all shipping boxes and containers. For an additional fee of $25, we'll remove your old mattress. While usually much faster, White Glove Delivery can take 14 to 21 business days from the date of purchase.

Curbside Delivery - If you want your new Tempur-Pedic® Swedish Mattress™ in a hurry and don't need help setting it up, then choose our Curbside Delivery Service option. Most Curbside Deliveries are shipped from our Atlanta warehouse. Eastern Seaboard delivery is 1-3 business days. Curbside Delivery Service does not include mattress setup or removal of your old mattress. If you choose the Curbside Delivery Service, you must be able to handle the mattress, move it to your bedroom from your front door, and dispose of the large shipping boxes without assistance from the delivery crew.

Tempur-Pedic brand mattresses are unlike any material I have ever touched. Developed by NASA, the TEMPUR material has been created, tested, and used by astronauts during take-off—it truly is a space-age innovation! The ultimate in comfort, Tempur-Pedic products present a plethora of added benefits. As a long-time allergy sufferer, I require bedding that is hypoallergenic and free of harsh, synthetic chemicals. Tempur-Pedic’s TEMPUR material is resistant to dust mites and is formaldehyde-free.

My husband loves his Tempur-Pedic Classic Pillow and has wanted to test the Tempur-Pedic Mattress. In our showroom, we have a ClassicBed by Tempur-Pedic and I decided to grab the opportunity to “sleep on the job.” I had it in my mind that I didn’t need a Tempur-Pedic mattress nor would I like it because it’s not cushy like my traditional mattress. During my nap, I found that this mattress is irresistible! I’m a side sleeper and usually sleep on 3 pillows or my body pillow to cradle my hips and neck. This mattress makes it unnecessary for any extra pillows as it hugs the contour of my body no matter which way I twist and turn.

My mother in law swears by her number system bed. I had her visit the showroom to test the Tempur-Pedic Mattress for herself.
