Tempur-Pedic® Warranty Information

All Tempur-Pedic® mattresses ship with an amazing 20-year limited warranty. This warranty covers any deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform.

Tempur-Pedic® High-Profile & Low-Profile Foundations

The Tempur-Pedic® matching foundation provides an ideal firm, flat surface needed to support your Tempur-Pedic® mattress. Constructed of a lightweight, solid wood frame, the foundations are very durable and feature reinforced center support. The foundation has a Damask cover that coordinates with the mattress fabric and a non-skid top that reduces mattress shifting. White Glove Delivery - White Glove Delivery is our most popular option. White Glove Delivery includes the set-up of the foundation and mattress in your home and the removal of all shipping boxes and containers. For an additional fee of $25, we'll remove your old mattress. While usually much faster, White Glove Delivery can take 14 to 21 business days from the date of purchase.

Curbside Delivery - If you want your new Tempur-Pedic® Swedish Mattress™ in a hurry and don't need help setting it up, then choose our Curbside Delivery Service option. Most Curbside Deliveries are shipped from our Atlanta warehouse. Eastern Seaboard delivery is 1-3 business days. Curbside Delivery Service does not include mattress setup or removal of your old mattress. If you choose the Curbside Delivery Service, you must be able to handle the mattress, move it to your bedroom from your front door, and dispose of the large shipping boxes without assistance from the delivery crew.

achoo! Review: The SymphonyBed by Tempur-Pedic™

After spending about 20 minutes lying atop The SymphonyBed by Tempur-Pedic™, I came away with the following observations:

1. This is one of Tempur-Pedic's more basic offerings.
2. I like the price point.
3. It is very firm.

This is one of Tempur-Pedic's base model mattresses. It has no frills. It is one of the firmest Tempur-Pedic® mattresses I have tried.

I like the cost; you can get a queen size for $1699, which is on the low end of the Tempur-Pedic® mattress spectrum.

Like the others who were trying The SymphonyBed by Tempur-Pedic™ with me, I thought it was pretty stiff. It does not give very much when you first lie down on it. I like firm mattresses but I would consider myself in the minority. Most mattress companies these days build and market super thick pillow top mattresses, I assume to feel super cushiony and soft.

The SymphonyBed by Tempur-Pedic™ is very similar to The OriginalBed by Tempur-Pedic™. It is at the opposite end of the spectrum than other mattress company’s super thick pillow top mattress.

From a popularity standpoint The SymphonyBed by Tempur-Pedic™ will probably lag behind their other more luxurious (thicker) offerings.

This mattress is ideal for someone who likes a really firm feeling mattress. My back bothers me and I find that sleeping on a firmer mattress helps me. With a lower price point, I think this mattress would appeal to younger / more athletic sleepers.
