My neck loves this pillow Reviewed by: Happy neck and shoulder gal from Seattle, Washington I first purchased this pillow 7 years ago. As a back sleeper with chronic neck pain I was constantly waking up with a sore, tight neck. My orthopedic doctor and my chiropractor both recommended this pillow and I have never gone back to "regular" pillows. It was an expense that has paid for itself many times over and has held up well over the years. I even take it with me when I'm traveling overnight for more than a day. It's that important to me!

I used to take it with me everywhere but I left it in Amsterdam about 6 month ago. I figured I could sleep on a regular pillow & be fine. Recently my neck pain forced me to buy another one & by the second night, there was hardly any pain at all. I'm only sorry I waited as long as I did !

The NeckPillow by Tempur-Pedic™ has been the answer to my son's neck pain. His participation in track competitions has really put a strain on his upper back and neck, leaving him tossing and turning at night. This pillow is contoured to aid in the support of the head and neck, properly aligning the spine. I had tried many "memory foam" pillows, looking for a lower-cost answer. None of them held up over time, they became stiff or flattened out. I spent more money on several cheap imitations of The Swedish Neck Pillow than the cost of one pillow with the Tempur-Pedic brand.
