I was pleasantly surprised at how easy to read it is.  The author, Jeffrey C. May, does a great job of packaging indispensable information in entertaining and interesting stories about his experience as a home inspector. Apparently, he&#39;s been doing this for quite some time, and his stories range from the funny to the horrifying to the downright absurd.
