She has a smaller car with a car seat in the back seat and some other odds and ends in her car.  We wanted to remove the <a href='http:\/\/www.achooallergy.com\/miele-tango-s7580-upright-vacuum-cleaners.asp'>Tango&#39;s<\/a> ergonomic handle assembly to put the vacuum in her hatchback.  Our problem was that we did not know how to remove the handle!<\/p>\n<p>_The whole AchooAllergy.com team seemed to be stumped, but after input from customer service, sales, and shipping, we finally figured out a simple way to remove the handle:<\/p>\n<p>_First, remove the upholstery cleaning attachment from the back of the vacuum.  Next, move the cord to the side.  In the recessed slot where the upholstery brush fits, you will see a small hole.  Push a small, regular screwdriver in to the hole.
