Care and Washing Instructions for Allergy Armor Fabrics
Please take time to launder your
Allergy Armor
allergy bedding. The microfiber fabric will neither deteriorate nor
lose its effectiveness as an allergen barrier. Proper care and washing will actually shrink the fabric's already microscopic pore size
and lead to even better protection against allergens.
Wash your Allergy Armor Ultra pillow covers every two
weeks. Before washing, unzip the zipper. Never use bleach or fabric
softener. Wash the pillow covers in hot water on the gentle cycle,
and do not iron them.
Wash your Allergy Armor Ultra mattress cover three to four
times a year or every time you rotate your mattress. Before washing,
unzip the zipper. Never use bleach or fabric softener. Wash the
mattress cover in hot water on the gentle cycle, and do not iron it. For complete protection
against dust mites and other allergens, use
our
de-mite laundry additive,
Allergen Wash detergent, or Anti-Allergen Laundry Detergent.
This unique product is made with a tightly woven poly-cotton fabric that will not break
down or lint during washing and drying. Independent laboratory tests show that after 100 washing and drying cycles, Allergy
Armor Cotton pillow and mattress covers remain effective allergen barriers. Continued washing and drying of Allergy Armor Cotton actually continually
shrinks the current pore size.
