Just remaining functional can be so difficult: chronic fatigue, off-the-chart allergies and persistent brain fog all keep me swimming upstream day after day for year after year. Some doctors have believed there's a real problem, but nothing yet seems to provide much resolution to the problem. So I educate myself as much as I can and try out different approaches until one fits. And maybe the key–or at least parts of the puzzle–will be right here in this book.’
