Hand tufting is an old-fashioned technique that Royal-Pedic has used in mattress production since the 1940s. Royal-Pedic
craftsmen use European tufting straps rather than buttons (which can turn on their side) to create for the most comfortable

Royal-Pedic places 50% more coils in the center-third of their box springs for extra support where it's needed most. About
40% of the average person's body weight is located in the torso area. Royal-Pedic box springs feature a wide slat

Royal-Pedic Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on Royal-Pedic mattresses and sets in the contiguous U.S. In addition, Royal-Pedic delivery
includes set-up and installation.
Because each Royal-Pedic bed is custom built for you, please allow four to six weeks to receive your order. For adjustable
beds and custom sizes, the delivery time could be slightly longer. Once your Royal-Pedic bed is ready, the installation
expert will call you and arrange a convenient delivery time. We also offer optional removal and disposal of
your old mattress and box spring for a fee of $100.
Royal-Pedic Returns & Exchanges
Royal-Pedic offers a 14-night trial period for their mattresses; however, special orders cannot be returned. Special
orders include adjustable beds, organic mattresses, pillowtop mattress pads, and custom sizes. These items are non-refundable. To
exchange or return a mattress during the 14-night trial period, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the delivery, and
the mattress must be clean and sanitary. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, and promotional shipping will not
be refunded on returns.
For exchanges, the return mattress can be packed in the plastic bag and box that the replacement arrives in. If it is a
return, it is the responsibility of the consumer to save the original packaging, so that the mattress is returned in good,
undamaged condition. This means that if you are unsure about keeping the mattress, you must make sure the delivery service does not
ruin the packaging material during unpacking, or take away the packaging material. If the mattress or mattress set goes back to the
Royal-Pedic Factory with stains or hair, it will be deemed as unsanitary, and they will not be able to strip and remake the
mattress for health reasons and will not provide a reimbursement. The unsanitary mattress must be disposed of, or sent back
to the customer freight collect. All returns must be shipped directly to Royal-Pedic with the required return authorization number.
