We work hard to ensure that you get your Miele Vacuum as quickly as possible. All orders placed for in-stock Miele vacuums are shipped from our Atlanta warehouse. In fact, if your order is placed by 3 pm EST Monday - Friday, we will ship your order out the same day unless otherwise noted.
Orders placed after 3 pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the next business day. All Miele vacuum orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
Except for orders being delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, we provide free delivery on Miele vacuums purchased at the full retail price. No matter which Miele vacuum you purchase we ship using a guaranteed service level that will deliver your vacuum usually just a few days, with many people receiving their Miele in two days or less.

We will ship your order using UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Miele vacuums priced under $1,000 are shipped without a signature requirement. For models over $1000 in price, there will be a signature required to receive the item. You can request a signature requirement for your Miele vacuum delivery by calling our Customer Service department at 1-800-339-7123.
Because UPS only delivers on weekdays, your order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a 2nd Day order placed before 3 pm on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 3 pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday. Holidays, or events beyond our control, like inclement weather, may also delay your order.
Important Information on Returning Miele Vacuums
We offer a 60 Day Return Policy. Miele vacuums returned to us must be in "like new" condition and include the original packaging. Items not in like new condition will incur a 15% restocking fee or be returned to you at our discretion. You are responsible for shipping the vacuum back to us and you are also responsible for the free promotional shipping. Therefore, if you decide to return your vacuum, your refund will be the cost of the vacuum minus the cost of the promotional shipping
Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside of the United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon receipt.
