Purified water, disodium cocamphodiacetate, disodium laureth
sulfosuccinate, sodium chloride, cocamidopropylamine
oxide, PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, citric
acid, PEG-12 dimethicone, disodium EDTA, potassium
sorbate.
Conditioner:
Purified water, dicetyldimonium chloride,
cetearyl alcohol, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine,

 FINALLY I AM REALLY FREE AND CLEAR!

I have been searching for a shampoo and conditioner for years that is really "FREE AND CLEAR'. I have suffered with allergies to fragrances and other things all my life not only skin allergies but sinus and ear infections, Vertigo, and have been searching for a fragrance free, mild shampoo and conditioner for years. Some say fragrance free but when I used it, it broke out my scalp, irritated it, and come to find out was made with some plant derivative I must have been allergic too. I was skeptical at first but ordered Free and Clear shampoo and conditioner anyway. I was overjoyed I did not have to get up in the middle of the night to wash it out. I have been using it about 2 months now with no irritating reactions to skin or Sinus and other allergies at all! I will be sure to tell my oldest son who suffers the same as I do about FREE and CLEAR now that I know for sure it really works on severly sensitive people.

After having my hair colored with dye containing botanicals, I developed an allergy to virtually all shampoos and conditioners, even very expensive ones purchased from a salon. Finally, and desperately, I found this fragrance free product that seems to work well on my hair. It is soft and very gentle not drying.

Q1: Is this a sulfate free product?
A: I believe, yes it is sulfate free. Free and Clear Shampoo and Conditioner does NOT contain Akaline or Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate or any sulfonates a milder, less drying version of the previously mentioned sulfates.
One ingredient that is found in the Free & Clear, Lauryl Glucoside, is one of the most gentle surfacants used in shampoos and cleaners. It is basically derived from a coconut oil and sugar and acts as the primary cleansing agent in this product.
Q2: My husband has had open heart surgery and smells of any kind are hard on him.Are these products truly fragrance free?
A: Yes. I've used most of our line and use the Lite Lotion daily. They have no fragrance and leave no scent even after they dry as with the lotion.

Free & Clear Shampoo and Conditioner
I was asked to test these products during August which turned out to be perfect timing. Summer has always been
my favorite season, but sun and chlorine definitely take a toll on my hair. Most shampoos contain harsh chemicals
which only exacerbate the problem and most conditioners are heavy and weigh my hair down. My previous two part
solution to this problem consisted of a pony tail and a baseball cap!
I was a bit nervous about using the shampoo for the first time, because I had a slight sunburn on my scalp,
but it was extremely gentle and did not sting at all. My hair also felt much cleaner than it does with my old
shampoo. The conditioner easily absorbed into my long, curly hair without leaving a greasy residue. I also had
no trouble with tangles when I brushed my hair afterwards.
What I like about Free & Clear Shampoo and Conditioner
- No dyes/chemicals, so it's gentle on hair and scalp
- Cleans without over drying
- Leaves hair soft and shiny
- Helps prevent tangles
What I don't like about Free & Clear Shampoo and Conditioner
- No fragrance (I do like a slight fragrance)
- I wish they carried a leave in conditioner for occasional deep conditioning
In summary, I would definitely recommend both the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo foams up nicely,
leaving hair clean but not dry or brittle. It works well in both soft and hard water. The conditioner does an
excellent job of detangling and preventing breakage,
yet it is very lightweight and doesn't leave a waxy buildup on hair. These products are ideal for anyone who
wants great looking hair without the use of harsh dyes and chemicals.
