Do you love keeping your windows open? Now you can enjoy fresh
air during the spring and pollen season, without suffering from allergy symptoms.
These wonderful window filters keep out dust, pollen, and other allergens, so you can
breathe fresher, purer air all year long. These filters eliminate 92% of
ragweed pollen and capture a variety of allergens and irritants that can wreak havoc on
seasonal allergy sufferers. In addition, the coated screen keeps out rain, snow,
and wind. During the spring and summer months when leaving the window open means having a furniture covered in yellow pollen,
these window filters are the perfect solution to still allow your home to breathe without the mess pollen and allergens create.
Available in two sizes to fit nearly all windows:
Window Filter Small is 7" H x 20-36" Long x 1 3/8" Deep
Window Filter Large is 11" H x 24-44" Long x 1 3/8" Deep
If you have already purchased a window filter, it might be time to replace the filter cartridge. So instead of having to purchase an entirely new filter, you can simple loosen two
screws, remove the screen cartridge and slide a new one in! Simple and easy, it takes only a few minutes and a Phillips head screwdriver to replace. Both filters
and the replacement cartridges are Made in the USA.

I was very pleased with the first Safe Guard Window Filter I ordered so ordered 2 more--THANKS for a great product!
Customer Q & A
Q1: Can the filters be washed or vacuumed? A: You can certainly vacuum them off to extend the life of them!
Washing them, I would be a bit more hesitant about as sometimes submersion in water can cause the fibers that make up the filter media to separate. Hope that helps!
Q2: What is it made of? A: Plastic end caps, metal screen mesh, and a nonwoven polyester filter media sheet between the layers of metal screen mesh.
Q3: Will these work on windows that slide side to side or just up and down?
A: If the dims work for you size window, yes. The screens will stand vertically without sliding closed.

Safeguard Window Filter
The Safeguard Window Filter are a great invention! I love keeping my
windows open when the weather is nice outside, especially when I
sleep. However, I suffer from seasonal allergies, and in the spring
and fall when the weather is nice, the pollen is a problem. That is
why I love these filters. I can leave my windows open so fresh cool
air comes in, but dust and pollen stay outside.
It was not difficult to install. I just left my regular screens in place, opened the
window high enough to fit the filter, expanded the filter to the
required length, and then lowered the window to hold the filter in
place. The vinyl around the edges did a great job of sealing so that
bugs could not get in. It even keeps out rain!
To clean the filter,
simply take it outside and vacuum it off with a HEPA vacuum cleaner. You can generally do this a couple times before having to replace the
filter media catridge all together. By removing two screws on each end, you can remove the plastic end cap and pull the entire screen
cartridge out and replace it with a new one. While conditions will vary greatly depending on your location and time of year, we recommend you replace the
cartridge every 6 months to a year in places were pollen or allergens are not high. And during allergy season you will likely want to
replace the filter catridge every 3 months or sooner, depending on severity.
While these filters do not allow air to flow as freely though them as a traditional screen, the upside is they
do allow air to pass while keeping most rain out. The filter media and screen mesh prevents large particles as well as pollen
and other allergens from entering the home. They help keep your house cool during transitional months by allowing air to pass while
preventing outdoor allergens in at a time when they are at their peak. For places where pollen is heavy and coats everything in a
fine yellow-green powder, Safeguard window filters allow you to keep your windows open without having to dust and vacuum up pollen every day.
