Shipping Information

We work extraordinarily hard to ensure that you get your order quickly. All orders placed for in-stock items are shipped either out of our warehouse or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer within 24 hours to be delivered directly to your door. In fact, if your order is placed by 3pm Eastern Standard Time, we will ship your order out the same day.

In addition, we currently offer free ground shipping for orders over $150 in the contiguous U.S.

If you are a U.S. Resident, we will ship your order using UPS® or FedEx® Ground home delivery service. Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon your order's destination. However, most orders take between 2 and 7 business days to arrive to your door. UPS® and FedEx® do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours via standard ground service. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Simply select the desired shipping service during checkout. Because UPS only delivers on weekdays, your expedited order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a 2nd Day order placed before 3pm on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday. Holidays may also delay your order.

Several states and territories, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and U.S. Military Addresses, require air shipping. You may place your order on our website, and we will ship via Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Your shipping charges will be based upon the total weight of your order.

Please keep in mind that our shipping rates include a Handling Fee and are not just the raw shipping costs. The handling fee covers the cost of packing materials (boxes, tape, packing paper, etc.) and labor used to pick, pack, and ship your order.

International Orders:
Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside of the United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon receipt.
