Since getting a sinus infection and the constant reoccurence of them had to do something. i got the hyulse - this thing is great and it works. Not only did customer service adjust the prices to meet the manu retail price it shipped the same day. Highly recommend the grossan and using achoo!! need to order more breathe ease as you only get 5 packets.

I've tried probably everything on the market to clean my annoying nose! From Neti Pot to NeilMed Sinus Rinse, but the Grossan is AMAZING. I admit, its pricier than the others but well worth it because it does the job for you. You don't have to stand and squeeze the bottle. Also, since there is a constant flow, it forces the yucky stuff to come out. Unfortunately, my parents are smokers and I experience second-hand smoke all the time. When I use the Grossan, it releases black gunk from my nose sorry if its disgusting but my sinuses feel so relieved after using this product. One suggestion is to use it in the morning because water drains from your sinuses for the next 10 minutes or so. So you need to keep a tissue handy, and you don't want to do it before sleeping because it will cause post-nasal drainage. Thank you achoo! allergy for introducing me to this product!!

Q1: I would like to know if this product is built to accomodate electrical currents outside the USA in the same way lab top computers are built, or if is only workable with the 110 voltage.

A: No. Neither the HydroPulse or SinuPulse standard units are built to handle anything other than 120/110v. The SinuPulse is made in a 220v model that is available for $107. It comes with a European styled plug.

Grossan Hydropulse Sinus & Nasal Irrigation System
The Grossan HydroPulse Nasal Irrigation was a very pleasant
surprise. I purchased it for my husband to try because he is always
complaining about his congested sinuses. After he used it once with
the Breathe-ease samples that come with it, he said he could feel
the difference. He said it was a great feeling to be able to breathe
out of his nose.
After his positive experience, I decided to try it
myself. Being a seasonal allergy sufferer, I was feeling a bit
congested behind my ears. It was a very interesting feeling at first
and by no means painful, just different. And, it was so quick; it
only took about a minute to use. Sure enough after using the HydroPulse about 20 to 30 minutes later the congestion had drained
out of my ears and into my nasal passages. A great feeling!
What I like about the Grossan HydroPulse System:

What I don't like about the Grossan HydroPulse System:
Only two tips so whole family couldn’t use it the same night without
cleaning them, however you can buy more tips
It would be nice if it has a little storing case to keep the whole
until enclosed with handles at the top, that way it could be easier
stored underneath a bathroom cabinet
I give the Grossan HydroPulse 5 stars. It is all that it says it is.
My husband I and are very pleased with the product. I think it is
very effective for people suffering with major sinus problems, as
well as, those who want to wash away allergens and clear their
sinuses. Furthermore, we have not heard any negative comments about
the HydroPulse from our customers; our story seems to be the same as
many people. I would whole-heartedly recommend this to anyone who
suffers from allergies. It is truly a great product and very popular
with our customers.
