Allergy Consumer Report - Allergy Relief Tips and Discounts

What is ailing me as I try to focus? My nose itches, I sneeze a lot, my nose is running, and my head throbs. All these symptoms unite and make it difficult for me to focus and be productive. To even concentrate long enough to pen this letter is difficult. You are right; it is allergic rhinitis, commonly known as hay fever. Add other symptoms like dark circles around my eyes and my all-time favorite symptom, post nasal drip, and you too can feel miserable just like me.

So what is it? Allergic rhinitis is an allergic reaction in the upper respiratory system. Culprits that produce allergens include trees in the spring, grasses in the summer, and ragweed in the fall.

So what can you do? Avoid exposure to allergens as much as possible. At our company, we focus on allergy relief through education and allergen avoidance. Additionally, we recommend our customers to explore drug therapies. I regularly take antihistamines with decongestants and I have even resorted to using steroids! Nasal steroids, that is, which effectively block inflammation in my nasal passages.
