I recommend this product to anyone who has been suffering from sinus problems. I have had sinus issues all of my life, but since I have been doing the sinus flush, I no longer get the sinus pressure as often, and I don''t get sick in the winter.

Four years ago, I was diagnosed with asthma. I finally went to an MD that was super. I had been on Advair, Ventelan, and steroids. The MD recommended that I use some NeilMed sinus rinse. I did, and must tell you that after a week or two, I no longer needed any meds for Asthma. I have been med free for two months. Yesterday, the MD dismissed me and said, only come to see me if you get into trouble. Can you image the Bucks I am saving monthly now? My copay for Meds were $90.00 a month. See why I am so happy?

I started on cpap and immediately got nasal congestion/dripping. Fearing a sinus infection, I started using my Sinus Rinse that I purchased a year ago sorry I ignored it for so long!. I have used it 3 times and already feel better...I even started my new cpap machine back up last night without incident! Thanks for your product. I'm going to suggest it to everyone I meet.
Customer Q & A
Q1: What is the proper way to clean the squeeze bottle? And how often?
Also , is the automatic irrigator just as effetive?
A: I only use my Neilmed sinus rinse about once a month, so I rinse it in very hot water after each use. If you use it daily, I would suggest you clean it once a week. You can use warm water and mild soap, shake the mixture in the bottle and squeeze the solution through. Take care to rinse it thoroughly to ensure no soap residue is left behind, and you should be all set.
Q2: How many times a day should I use this product?
A: For most people, once per day is enough. However, if like many people you find that this isn't enough, twice a day usually works - once in the morning and once in the evening before bed. There are no side effects with simply rinsing your sinuses, so use as needed.

I have always used the popular brands of saline nasal mist for
relief from irritated membranes due to the use of nasal
decongestants, low humidity and exposure to seasonal pollens. Most
of these saline nasal mists come in 2 to 6 oz. bottles and recommend
2 squirts per application. Almost all of them do offer some relief
however, not enough relief compared to the cost if used frequently.
And then I tried NeilMed Sinus Rinse. It seemed too good to be true.
Developed by an allergist, 50 packets of preservative and iodine
free mixtures, comes with an easy to use bottle and clear
instructions. I mixed the solution as directed and was amazed at how
easy it was to use and how great it felt! Plus, NeilMed Sinus Rinse
costs only pennies per use. Also, unlike the 2 squirts of nasal
irrigation other mists offer, with NeilMed I get 8 ounces of nasal
hydration. This is a huge improvement over the products I had used
in the past.
What I like about NeilMed Sinus Rinse

Easy clean up after use

What I don't like about NeilMed Sinus Rinse

In summary, I give the NeilMed Sinus Rinse 5 stars. It is easy to
use, very effective and all this at a very good price.
