The Xlear Sinus Care Spray 1.5-oz Metered Dose Bottle helps loosen and thin mucus to naturally and gently clear nasal passages. Xlear® Sinus Spray works with your body's natural mucus to flush out bacteria, pollen, dander, mold, and other nasal irritants.
Xlear's Safe & Effective Formula is made from all-natural, high-quality, pharmaceutical-grade, non-GMO Xylitol. Xylitol itself is made from non-genetically modified corn fibers. It's important to note that Xlear® is tested to ensure it contains no corn grains, mycotoxins, corn allergens, or corn proteins. This refined form of Xylitol helps set Xlear® apart from other nasal sprays.
Xylitol is Naturally Beneficial because it's been clinically proven to be inhospitable for many bacteria to grow in. In addition, Xylitol is already a naturally occurring substance in the body, making it that much safer for use as a nasal spray. Please follow the directions provided with the product, and always read the label carefully.
General:
- Use at least twice a day (morning and night). Cannot be overused, so use it as often as needed to cleanse the nasal passages and sinuses. Best results obtained with consistent usage.
- Adults ‒ Simply spray 1-2 times in each nostril while inhaling deeply.
- Children ‒ please refer to the directions provided with the product.
- Note: The metered nasal pump sprayer provides a precise amount of soothing spray in a fine mist.

Xlear® uses the highest quality, pharmaceutical-grade xylitol available (purity level of 99.95% or higher). Xlear uses xylitol, which is made from non-GMO (non-genetically modified organism) corn fibers. Xlear contains no corn grain and is tested to ensure that no mycotoxins, corn allergens, or corn proteins of any type are present in the product. Xylitol is also a substance that is clinically proven to be one of bacteria's natural enemies. While xylitol does not kill bacteria directly, it is inhospitable to the growth of many bacteria, and it has been found that acid-producing bacteria levels are greatly reduced in the presence of xylitol.
