Breathe Right Nasal Strips:
This is a truly great product. Just like a Band-Aid, you take the
Breathe Right Strip out of its paper holder, uncover the adhesive
side and slap it on the bridge of your nose. I experimented with
placement; at first I placed it too high up the bridge, then too
low, then just right. I forgot the strip was there, and it is
incredible the increase in air volume you breathe in through your
nose. As a chronic allergy sufferer, I prefer the vapor strips,
because I like vapor in general, and it seems to help clear my nasal
passages. My wife does not like the smell of vapor, so if you are
like her, do not get the Vapor strips version of this product.
All in all, this helped me breathe better, one strip a day when I
was at home made a big difference in how I felt.
I understand this product is also a fantastic remedy for snoring,
but neither my wife nor I snore. We prefer to talk in our sleep.
