The naturally colored 100% organic Peruvian cotton is grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Hand-crafted from the highest quality organic cotton, the Royal-Pedic Organic Cotton Crib Mattress offers the most natural sleep available. The mattress is custom built with no formaldehyde, glues, dyes, resins, polyurethane foam, or synthetic latex. If your little one is sensitive to petrochemical emissions from chemically treated fibers, this is the ideal mattress.

Custom Made for Comfort

Skilled craftsmen make each Royal-Pedic mattress by hand, layering the organic cotton padding on each side of the innerspring unit to ensure a consistent, supportive sleep surface. The premium cotton batting is pre-compressed and hand-tufted. You'll never have to worry about lumps or shifting materials with a Royal-Pedic crib mattress. The natural cotton ventilates body heat and lasts longer than polyurethane foam, the main padding ingredient in other mattresses. Royal-Flex Innerspring System

Hand-Tufted for Orthopedic Back Support
