- Making You Healthier and Happier Through Allergy Relief
These child-friendly diabetic charms help your child to feel comfortable while educating them and others to their medical conditions. The Allerbling Diabetes Medical Alert Charm signifies your child's disease with its bright, novelty design that is clearly recognizable. Whether your child has Type 1 diabetes (also known as juvenile diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes) or Type 2 diabetes, this can be very scary, especially when it comes to our children. Diabetes management is 24/7 and doesn't take a break during the school day, playtime or travel. Children with diabetes depend on adults for most, if not all, aspects of their care. Taking precautions when it comes to your child's diabetes and bringing awareness to their disease can help prevent life-threatening medical complications.
The Allerbling medical alert charms are interchangeable and easy to use with the Allerbling Awareness Bracelet. This medical alert bracelet accommodates up to 4 charms, plus the medical cross charm and is customizable to your child's condition. The Allerbling bracelet comes in two sizes designed for ages 3 to 8.
Allerbling products are made with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) approved materials and facility, free of lead, latex and other harmful substances.
∗ CAUTION! Not recommended for children under 3 due to choking hazard of diabetic medical alert charms.
Instructions on Installing Allerbling™ Medical Alert Charms
How to attach appropriate charms to your child's medical bracelet:
Step 1: | Select the correct size band (2 size options per package) and awareness charms that apply to your child. |
Step 2: | Hold the wristband and stretch the band with both hands to elongate a hole. Do not overstretch. |
Step 3: | Use your thumbs and forefingers to insert the charm's backing partially into the hole, and pull the backing from the other side – a bit like threading a needle. |
Important Note: DO NOT use a sharp object to elongate the hole.
∗ CAUTION! Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3 due to choking hazard of charms.
