Latex allergy symptoms can range from mild to severe, depending on how sensitive you are to latex and the amount of latex you touch or inhale. Latex allergy may cause itchy skin and hives but can also cause a more potentially life-threatening condition called anaphylaxis, where you may experience throat swelling and severe difficulty breathing. The Allerbling allergy alert charms are interchangeable and easy to use with the Allerbling Allergy Awareness Bracelet. This medical alert bracelet accommodates up to 4 allergy charms, plus the medical cross charm and is customizable to your child's allergy. The Allerbling bracelet comes in two sizes designed for ages 3 to 8.
Allerbling products are made with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) approved materials and facility, free of lead, latex and other harmful substances.

How to attach appropriate charms to your child's allergy bracelet:
| Step 1: | Select the correct size band (2 size options per package) and allergy charms that apply to your child and his or her allergies. |
| Step 2: | Hold the wristband and stretch the band with both hands to elongate a hole. Do not overstretch. |
| Step 3: | Use your thumbs and forefingers to insert the charm's backing partially into the hole, and pull the backing from the other side – a bit like threading a needle. |
Important Note: DO NOT use a sharp object to elongate the hole.
