The organic pillowtop pad lays right on top of the mattress. Then the mattress pad and fitted sheet go over both the pillowtop pad and the mattress holding the pad in place. Also, the organic cotton mattress pads are quite substantial in weight to prevent slipping. The mattress and pillowtop pad coverings are organic cotton on organic cotton, rather than a slippery polyester fabric to prevent the pillowtop pad from slipping around.

Chemical free, French wool layers are quilted to our organic cotton fabric on the top surface of the knife edge construction pillowtop pad, followed by a 1 ½” layer of all natural latex for added cushioning. The 2” pillowtop pad provides a firmness rating of 2, when combined with a version of our R-P Natural Organic Cotton Mattress.

These pillowtop pads feature boxed edge construction, and chemical free, French wool quilting on the top side of the pillowtop pad for added comfort. Contains more all natural latex layering than the 2” version, providing extra softness and pressure point relief. The 3” and 4”pillowtop pads provide a firmness rating of 3 and 4 based on corresponding pad thickness when combined with a version of our R-P Natural Organic Cotton Mattress.
