Replace the HEGA/HEPA filter in your Austin Air Bedroom Machine Air Purifier once every 3-5 years depending on usage. This filter comes with a large particle prefilter (choice of white or black) as well as the HEPA/HEGA/Carbon filter drum.
Each replacement filter features Austin's signature 5 stage filtration which combines two prefilters, 60 sq. ft. of HEPA filter media, and HEGA filter cloth with a 15 lb. bed of granulated, activated carbon to provide high quality air filtration that traps not only common allergens, but also but also gaseous contaminants, chemical vapors, smoke and ultra fine particulate that can cause respiratory problems and disturb your sleep.
