The cube dehumidifier gives you Two Drainage Options for emptying excess moisture. The machine's unique design lets it nest inside its large 5-gallon water reservoir when not in use. Because the bucket is so large, it helps extend the time between emptying for hassle-free operation. You can choose to empty the bucket manually with its heavy-duty bucket handle. Or you could drain it directly and continuously into a drain or other location. When in bucketless mode, water can be drained directly to another location with a drainage hose (not included). Ensure the hose is properly connected and the opposite end empties into a drain or other location with the right capacity, like a sink or basin. Make sure the unit is properly placed on a flat surface and that the hose height is lower to avoid water backflow and ensure smooth drainage. To exit bucketless mode, simply press the "FILL LEVEL" and "UP" buttons to exit and then turn off the power.
