Moving air is vital in the damage / restoration drying process. Air flowing across a wet surface creates evaporation and thusly keeps moisture continuously moving across the surface.

I have recently returned from a trade show where I researched several other competing drying blowers, and none compare to Dri-Eaz from an ease of use and durability standpoint.

What I like about the Sahara Air Movers

I immediately took note to the design of these drying fans since they all have a new underside vent that dries the area directly under where the unit is sitting. This is very clever. All three of the Dri-Eaz Sahara turbo dryers are:

• Easy to handle, pickup and move around
• Extraordinarily rugged. In fact, Dri-Eaz makes the most durable products I have ever tested.
• Stackable for storage
• Easy to disassemble and clean
• Protected with MICROBAN which prevents growth of bacteria, mold and mildew
• Equipped with recessed controls which protects them from impact and minimizes switch problems

Features of the Pro X3 Model:

• Has its own circuit breaker
• Daisy chainable meaning you can plug up to 3 together in a line without using an extension cord.
• Uses lower amps

Note: As with all light commercial / industrial air movers, these models are noisy. These fans are predominantly for this type of big moisture problem, so you will not be in your house when they are running. That said, if you are going to be in the environment where these are running for any extended period of time, wear hearing protection.
