The Whirlpool Compatible Charcoal Pre–Filters for AP450 (2-Pack) is also compatible with WP500, AP300, AP350, AP450, AP510, APR451, APR452 Whirlpool model air purifiers. This Whirlpool compatible filter can be used to replace the Whirlpool 8171434 and 1183063 pre-filters. The Charcoal based filters absorb common household odors while also capturing larger particles and pre-cleaning the air to help extend the HEPA filter life.

Made from super-absorbent activated Charcoal, they absorb smoke odors, cooking odors, kitchen odors, and pet odors from the air, leaving your house smelling refreshed. The Charcoal pre-filters come with two (2) individual pre-filters equaling a 6-month or 1/2-year supply, depending on use.
