Whirlpool® WPPRO2000 Whispure™ Air Purifier

The intelligent and innovative Whirlpool® WPPRO2000 Whispure™ Air Purifier features a larger 508 square foot coverage area, intuitive Touch Display Control Panel, and an Air Quality Sensor designed to detect airborne particles, including VOCs. It reduces and removes allergens such as pollen, mold, dust, dander, fabric fibers, and smoke with its True HEPA Filter. The Carbon Pre-Filter is super-absorbent and pre-cleans the air of larger particles while also eliminating smoke odors, cooking odors, and pet odors. This Whirlpool® Air Purifier's updated contemporary design, beautiful finishes (Gun Metal & Pearl White), and space-saving build allow it to fit seamlessly within virtually any space.

Allergens and odors don’t stand a chance against the WPPRO2000's True HEPA & Carbon Filtration. The main Whispure™ Quiet System True HEPA Filter controls and eliminates 99.97% of particulates down to 0.3 microns. These particulates include pollen spores, mold spores, dust, pet dander, and fabric fibers. Odors are effectively absorbed by the Activated Carbon Pre-Filter, which also pre-cleans larger particles from the air, thereby prolonging the life of the HEPA filter. It absorbs smoke odors, cooking odors, pet odors, and other common household odors and smells.

The unit's convenient and accommodating sleep mode operates the purifier on its lowest, quietest, and most efficient setting while automatically dimming the touch display to eliminate sleep disruptions.

The EPA's (Environmental Protection Agency) Energy Star® rating program deems the WPPRO2000 a cost-saving and energy-efficient air purifier. In addition, AHAM, the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers, verified the WPPRO2000 for high CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rates) and performance. The Whirlpool® Whispure™ 2000 cleans the air 4.8 times per hour based on an area of up to 508 square feet. Finally, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) has certified this unit as compliant with their strict guidelines regarding ozone emissions and electrical safety.

Intelligent and intuitive, the Whirlpool® WPPRO200 Air Purifier features an array of Smart Features & Functions. Specifically, Auto Mode enables the purifier to automatically adjust fan speeds between low and high depending on current air quality conditions. The Whirlpool® Whispure™ smartly detects current air quality conditions via its integrated Air Quality Sensor. This advanced sensor detects various contaminants and pollutants, including VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). In addition, the Whispure™ doesn't just detect pollutants, it also displays conditions on its illuminated indicator located at the base and front of the purifier. This indicator bar is illuminated red when polluted air is detected, yellow when moderate air is detected, and blue when air quality is good. It also doubles as an effective nightlight with on/off and dimming capabilities.

The Simple Touch Display Control Panel located at the top of the unit’s front features straightforward and easy-to-use controls. Four fan speeds can be adjusted between low, medium, high, and Turbo Mode. A programmable timer can be set for 2/4/6 or 8-hours with a convenient timer auto-off function. Filter status lights consist of 5 stages, with the final being the replacement stage that flashes red for both the Pre-Filter and HEPA Filter. Once filters are replaced, they can be easily reset with filter reset buttons. A safe and secure child safety locking mechanism locks in settings, preventing any unwanted changes.
